How It Works

If you are accepted as a client, we’ll set up a trust account in your name, and provide you with secure online access so you can monitor the balance of your account and the progress made in negotiating your debts.

Instead of paying multiple bills each month, you’ll make one monthly payment into your trust account. When you have accrued enough money to begin negotiating, our attorneys and negotiators will contact your creditors to reduce the balances you owe.

When an agreeable negotiated amount is reached, we’ll make one payment to your creditor and settle the debt. Then your creditor will report a zero balance owed on your account to all three credit bureaus, Experian, Transunion and Equifax.

Each time we settle an account, we’ll send you a 1099 (showing the forgiven amount) for your records and for your use when filing your taxes.
